Gerald F. "Jerry" Reinders Notice
Reinders, Gerald F. "Jerry" Resident of Pewaukee, formerly of Brookfield. Born into Eternal Life Saturday, June 7, 2014, at the age of 75 years. He was the beloved and loving husband of Mary Ann (nee Heckel) for over 50 years. Jerry will always be remembered and loved by his children Ann (Don) Wellnitz, Susan (Patrick) Kuehl, and Amy (Paul) Perri. Proud and cherished "gramps" of Kelly, James, Jacob, Natalie, Joe, Abby, Ben, and Charlie. He will be further remembered by his sister Sr. Betty Reinders SSSF other relatives and friends. Jerry was a graduate of Marquette University High School, class of 1956, Marquette University School of Engineering, class of 1960, and attended and graduated with an MBA from Indiana University in 1962. He married the love of his life, Mary Ann Heckel June 20, 1964 at Blessed Sacrament Church, Milwaukee. He served briefly in the U.S. Army. He began his professional career at the Trane Corporation in LaCrosse; soon after he joined Vilter where he worked until his retirement. After his retirement he continued to serve Vilter as their consultant and as president of Vilter Foundation at the time of his death. Jerry was actively involved with Marquette University for many, many years and also with Westmoor Country Club since 1980. He had a strong love for family, grandchil dren, and friends here and in Tonto Verde, AZ. Friends may gather on Friday, June 13 at ST. ANTHONY ON THE LAKE, W280 N2101 PROSPECT AVE., PEWAUKEE from 10:30AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 Noon followed by a luncheon for family and friends. Private burial. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to Valley Fever Center for Excellence, 1656 E. Mabel St., P.O. Box 24515, Tucson, AZ 87724, Marquette University, or Marquette University High School would be appreciated.
