Haskell, James Slater, Jr. "Scott" Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 25, 2014, in Key West, Florida at age 60. Preceded in death by his loving parents, Patricia Haskell Sullivan and James Slater Haskell. Survived by his children, Arlo (Ashley Kamen), Evan (Camila Duke), Elena (Aaron) Snell, and Lillian Haskell; grandchildren, Phineas and Cannon Haskell and Olivia Snell. Also survived by his sisters, Katharine (Peter) Stanford and Sabina Haskell; his wife, Stephanie Hartley, former wife, Monica Cannon Haskell, stepfather, Timothy E. Sullivan, and many other relatives. Born on August 13, 1953, Scott graduated from Whitefish Bay High School in 1971 and attended
University of Wisconsin
-Madison before making his home in Key West, Florida where he founded a successful construction business. He was known for his fishing prowess, love of loud music, old westerns, his children, and snorkeling in clear water. He will be deeply missed. A memorial service will be held in Key West, Florida on June 6, 2014.
