Margaret Dallman Notice
Dallman, Margaret (Nee Kuether ) Margaret was born on July 7, 1926 and entered Eternal Life on June 6, 2014, at the age of 87. Longtime resident of Shorewood. Beloved wife and best friend of Robert J. Dallman. Loving mother of Mary Schmidt, Sara (Gregg) Hackney, John (Barbara C.) Dallman, Ann (James) Noonan, and James (Grace La) Dallman. Proud grandmother of 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of James F. (Louise) Kuether and of the late Jack (Pat) Kuether. Sister-in-law of Thomas P. (the late Kathleen) Dallman and John E. (Maria) Dallman. Further survived by other relatives and good friends. Throughout Margaret's life there were two things that always came first; her family and her faith. She was a proud graduate of Whitefish Bay High School and UW-Madison. Margaret was a fabulous cook, quilter, and tailor. She shared that gift not only with her family, but also with all the students that she taught as a Home Economics teacher. She immensely enjoyed Wisconsin summers with her family at their cabin in Oostburg. She was a devoted member of the St. Robert's Parish community, particularly with the Jean d'arc Society. Her deep-seeded Catholic faith was instrumental in helping Margaret to overcome breast cancer and many other physical challenges throughout her life. She had an eye for beauty, a hand of exquisite craft, and an exceptionally warm heart. Visitation will take place at Feerick Funeral Home on Thursday, June 12, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Robert's Catholic Church in Shorewood on Friday, June 13, at 10:30 AM. Interment will be private for the family. Memorials in Margaret's name may be made to St. Robert's Parish and School.
