William Epple Obituary

Epple, William Age 87 years. Born to Eternal Life on May 2, 2015. Preceded in death by his loving wife Viola. Dear father of Phillip (Pam) and Keith (Melody). Cherished grandfather of Matt, Dan, Brittney and Haley. Beloved brother of Hilda Pruski and Donald Epple. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. William was sergeant in the U.S. Army proudly serving his country in the Korean War. During his time in Korea he was awarded the Purple Heart for injuries he sustained. He was a retiree of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District where he worked for over 33 years. Visitation Sat., May 9, 2015 from 11 AM until the time of services at 12 noon, all at Holy Cross Cemetery Chapel, 7301 W. Nash St. Milwaukee. Burial with military honors to follow. A very special thank you to Lori and Joe for their care and companionship for William these last few years. He will be deeply missed.
