Audrey A. Harmann

KENOSHA - Audrey A. Harmann (nee: Anderson), 81, passed away in the loving presence of her family on December 15, 2014 at Parkside Manor. She was born October 23, 1933 to Harvey and Leone (nee Mitchell) Anderson in Racine, Wisconsin. Audrey was married to Arthur Harmann and together they raised six children. Audrey worked for Speedy Manufacturing for a number of years. She was a wonderful homemaker and loved being around her family. She spent her free time knitting and gardening flowers and vegetables. Audrey enjoyed being outdoors going camping and fishing. She loved playing cards and going to Las Vegas to gamble. The Packers were a favorite team of hers. Audrey was a long-time member of St. Michael’s Episcopal Church in Racine. Audrey is survived by her children, Michael (Nancy) Harmann, Toni (John) Weiss, Arthur III (Pam) Harmann, and Christopher (Melissa) Harmann; her son-in-law Andrew “Andy” Schmeckel; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Cathy (Jerry) Eppers, Mark (Kay) Anderson; and her siblings-in-law, Winnie Anderson and Rosella Harmann; and many nieces and nephews. Audrey was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur; their daughter, Vicki Schmeckel and their son, Eric Harmann; her brother, Eugene Anderson; and her siblings-in-law, Marilynn (Lloyd) Neumann and Donald Harmann. Visitation for Audrey’s family and friends will be held at Miller-Reesman Funeral Home in Union Grove on Thursday, December 18th from 9am-11am with burial at West Lawn Memorial Park to follow.
