Charles A. Parks Sr.


ROSE HILL - Parks, Charles A. Sr., age 80, retired pressman for Printing Inc. and self-employed Bud's Electronics, passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2014. Charlie served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and was a lifetime member of the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Mildred Parks; daughter, Catherine Corfman; sister, Nancy Schell. Survivors include: his wife of 37 years, June; sons, Richard (Barbara) and Charles A. Jr. (Linda); sister, Judith (Jack) Lembke; 5 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and his beloved dogs. Graveside service 11 a.m. Monday, August 11, at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Wichita.
