MT. HOPE - Weinman, Marvin "Jim," 81, self-employed remodeling contractor, died July 21, 2014. Rosary 9:30 a.m.; Funeral Mass 10:30 a.m. both Friday, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ost; interment in St. Joseph Cemetery. Mr. Weinman was born May 5, 1933, in Olpe, Kan. to the late Pete and Teresa (Schaddig) Weinman. on Nov. 28, 1970, he married Norma Jean in Derby, Kan. He was a veteran and a member of Knights of Columbus and VFW. Survivors: wife, Norma Jean; sons, Jared, Jeremy; daughter, Jamie Ferril; brother, Ron; sisters, Betty Krenzer, Kathleen Koehler, Mary Jane Neadue, Janice Moellman; grandchildren, Kyra, Logan, Haley, Isabella, Alexis; great-grandson, Landon. Memorial established with St. Joseph Catholic School. Wulf-Ast Mortuary, Garden Plain.
