Fry, Tommy David, age 69, retired Texas Highway Department of Transportation employee, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2014. Tommy was born March 1, 1945, in St. Paul, MN, the son of Ivan and Frances Fry. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War for four years in the 82nd Airborne. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include: his companion, ElDora Hazen, Rose Hill; sister, LaVerna Morgan, Comanche, TX; children, Jeremy Fry, Tamie Fry, Aaron Fry, all of Scott City, Channelle Fry, Healy; 9 grandchildren; numerous extended family and friends. Visitation noon to service time; graveside service 2 p.m. Tuesday, with military honors at Lakeview Cemetery, 12100 E. 13th Street, Wichita. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675 and , 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
