June 24, 1976 March 14, 2014 Albert "Al" Bratton, 37, of Gladstone, passed away March 14, 2014. Al was born June 24, 1976, in Kansas City, KS. He graduated from North Platte High School in North Platte, NE, in 1995. On June 21, 2001, he married Amy Jo Kauk. Soon after they were married, Al enlisted in the US Army and served four tours in Iraq. He was a member of American Veterans #1504. He is survived by his wife, Amy; sons, Michael and Aidan and daughter, Stephanie. Survivors also include his father, David (Mary) Bratton, Sr., North Platte, NE, mother, Patricia (Dave) Bratton-Hayes, Kansas City, MO, brother, Dennis (Becki) Bratton, Portage, WI; sister, Gina (Dearle) Marrs, Lake Jackson, TX; brother, David (Sarah) Bratton, Gladstone, MO, and sister, Chrissy (Gene) Clark, Kansas City, MO. Services will be held Friday, March 21, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the McGilliey Antioch Chapel, 3325 NE Vivion Road. A visitation will take place Thursday, March 20 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the same location. Burial at Leavenworth National Cemetery. Arr.: McGilley Antioch Chapel.
