BRASHEARS, ARNOLD LEE, II - of Livingston, Tennessee, born January 30, 1947, to Arnold Lee and Sarita Brashears in Lectcher, Kentucky, passed away at home, June 21, 2014, due to illness. Serving in the United States Marine Corps, he was a highly decorated Vietnam veteran to include the Purple Heart. He was a gifted wood carver, gifted guitar player, but God's greatest gift was a voice of song. He leaves to mourn his passing: wife, Frances Mize Brashears; sons, Shannon and Daniel Brashears, both of Knoxville; step children, Georgette Phillips, Knoxville, Fadra Bryson (Cory), Clarksville, TN, John Walton, Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren, Kagla Foster, Tevin and Kevon Layne, Jenaia Franklin, Noah, Elijah, Zoie Brashears, Brailynn Bryson; mother-in-law, Flossie Sanders, Knoxville; sister-in-law, Darlene Cash, Knoxville; brother-in-law, Charlie (Lisa) Mize; most dear and special niece, Debbie (Gary Scruggs), Sweetwater, TN; special friend of 57 years, Charles Harris, Cincinnati, OH; many, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and loved ones.
