PERRY, JUDY WELCH - age 68, went to be with the Lord on April 9, 2014, after a long battle with breast cancer. She was a member of Oak City Baptist Church in Seymour and worked in the Radiation Oncology Department at Baptist Hospital. She was a loving wife, mother, and Meme. She loved to work in her yard and go camping at Big South Fork with her friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Theodore Welch; and brother, Teddy Welch. She is survived by loving husband, Luther Ray Perry; precious daughters, Brenda (Joe) Yarbrough of Lenoir City, Tina (Randy) Yeary of Whitesburg, Deborah Henderson of Knoxville, Sheri (Jamie) Tipton of Corryton; twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren; mother, Virgie Welch; brothers, Bill (Pattie) Welch of Knoxville, Lonnie (Jane) Welch of Seymour; sister, Delores Maples of Seymour; numerous family and friends that will miss her tremendously; special friends, Mike and Jackie Hicks and Kevin Goad. The family would like to thank Dr. Tracy Dobbs and staff at TN Cancer Specialists for their wonderful care.
