LESIEUR, JR., Harold A. Passed away on March 3, 2013 in Leesburg, Virginia. He was 88. Hal was born to Harold A. LeSieur, Sr. and Hilda Nelson LeSieur in Hollywood, California in 1925. He attended John Marshall High School and received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Southern California. He earned a Masters in Chemical Engineering from USC and an MBA from Stanford University. A post World War II veteran who served in the U.S. Navy, Hal was honorably discharged as a Lieutenant. Hal served a distinguished career with the U.S. State Department (USAID) that saw travel and residence in 72 countries. He was devoted to his Christian Science faith and served his church as an Elder and First Reader. A charter member of the Rotary club, Hal founded Virginia's Rosslyn/Ft. Myer chapter. He was a past president and held many Rotary Club positions.

Hal was predeceased by his wife, Beverly. He is survived by his sister, Betty Jo Pusch of Newport Beach, California; nephew Walter Pusch of Danville, California; and niece Kathy Westervelt of Newport Beach, California. Memorial services will be private.
