December 15, 1920 - April 19, 2014 Henry (Jack) passed away on April 19 at his home in La Habra surrounded by his family. Born in Leavenworth, Kansas, he moved to Los Angeles with his parents when he was 14. He joined the Air Force in 1941 and realized his life-long dream of becoming a pilot. After the service, he attended LACC where he met his future wife Bonnie (Brown), and then attended and graduated from UCLA. He spent his career as a civil engineer for Los Angeles County. He was pre-deceased by his wife of 61 years and his eldest son. He is survived by his daughter Christy (Mike) Palmer, son Bill (Lori) Steinbeck, 3 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family who loved him so. A graveside service is planned at Memory Garden where he will be buried next to his wife and eldest son.
