February 23, 1930 - October 15, 2013 Jack Spillman died at his Glendale home after a long illness at the age of 83. Jack was born in Chicago, where he graduated from the University of Chicago. He received a second Bachelor's degree from UCLA. He served in the Navy and went on to work in advertising and marketing for over 40 years. Jack had a love of learning and went on to receive a Masters Degree in Family Therapy. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Louise, his three sons, Eric (Lynne), Mark (Leslie), and Darin (Karina), and seven grandchildren: Ben, Sara, Amanda, Morgan, Shaine, Jordi, and Emme, as well as his sister, Evelyn Paller. Jack will be greatly missed for his wit, wisdom and writings, as well as his devotion to family.
