MILLARD, Lillian Rulnick Dec. 31, 1918-Feb. 5, 2013 Wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister passed peacefully at her home in Studio City, California at the age of 94. Lillian was born in Hartford, Connecticut and moved to Los Angeles where she graduated from LA High school. She also attended UCLA and Cal State Northridge. She married her husband Maurice Millard, in 1935. They were married for almost 70 years until Maurice died in 2004. Lillian was active as a community volunteer and leader in PTA and North Hollywood Coordinating Council. She worked for the City of LA and Mayor Tom Bradley and became Director of CETA to provide job training and opportunities for persons of the low income. After retirement she became Chair of her Philharmonic group. She loved music, dancing, travel, education and good times with family and friends. She is survived by her two sons and their wives, Mark (Bunky) and Richard (Marilyn), Grand children Michelle Naylor, Nicole Druguicevich and Linden Millard, her great-grandchildren Stella Naylor, Olivia, and Alex Draguicevich and her sister Pauline Kress.
