Leonard was my father's cousin. I remember him, and his parents, Aunt Florence and Uncle Charlie, with great fondness. It was nice to read about his happy later years. Condolences to his family and friends.

We were privileged to have met Lenny last year at a couple of house parties here in the Valley. He was so kind and soft spoken. He seemed so calm and at peace.

I was saddened to hear of Leonard's passing although we haven't seen one another in years. When he and his wife had a condo in Palm Desert, we played hours of tennis at Rancho las Palmas. He was gracious and loads of fun whether I was his opponent or partner. I remember one time when the temperatures were very hot, he said, let's jump in the pool and we all did with our tennis clothes. Ron and Norma Hare were a part of our tennis group and good friends as well. Lennie was a memorable part of my tennis playing years and I look back to him and those times with great fondness. So, to Lennie's son and grandchildren, I send my sympathy for losing a wonderful guy. He lives on in spirit.
