Leonard H. Pomerantz

October 29, 1928 - February 11, 2015 Leonard H. Pomerantz, 86, died at his home February 11, 2015 in Las Vegas, NV. He was born to the late Charles and Florence Pomerantz on October 29, 1928 in New York City. The family relocated to Los Angeles when Leonard was five years old. Leonard attended Fairfax High School, UCLA undergraduate, and UCLA School of Law. He graduated 1954, and then served as a Judge Advocate General in the USAF 1954-1956. He had sixty successful years of experience in civil litigation in Los Angeles. He was a brilliant, passionate man in both his professional and personal endeavors. Leonard was also the caring husband to the late Margaret Rose, and is survived by their only son David, and grandchildren Nina and David Neal. Services will be held Sunday, February 22, at 11:30 at Mount Sinai Memorial Park, 5950 Forest Lawn Dr., LA 90068; Reception at Valley Beth Shalom immediately following services.
