Miriam E. Blickstein CORNWALL Miriam Etter Blickstein, 87, Cornwall Manor, formerly of Lebanon and Hollywood, Fla., passed away Friday, October 12, 2012, at the Manor. She was the wife of the late Jonas Blickstein. She was born in Hershey, on October 24, 1924, daughter of the late Samuel and Rose Levitz Etter. She was retired from retail sales, having worked at Levitz Furniture and later the Bon Ton in Lebanon. She was a graduate of Lebanon High School and had attended Penn State University. She was a member of Congregation Beth Israel, Lebanon, where she was a member of the Sisterhood and Hadassah. Miriam is survived by her sons, Richard H. Blickstein of Harrisburg, and Harris A., husband of Carol Blickstein of Sacramento, Calif.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers, Aaron, Jerry, Lester, and David Etter; and sister, Esther Etter Levenson. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Miriam's funeral service on Monday, October 15, 2012, at 1 p.m. from Porterfield-Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services, Ltd., 890 Isabel Drive (next to Quentin Circle), Lebanon, with Rabbi Paula Reimers officiating.
