Morris Fryberger OLEY Morris Fryberger, 79, formerly of Lebanon, passed away while surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 in the Penn State Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Verna Fryberger. Morris was born in Dauphin County on December 31, 1933, a son of the late John and Erma Weiler Fryberger. He was a retired park ranger for Thousand Trails. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a life member of the Ebenezer Fire Co., where he served as treasurer and as a fire policeman. He had also been a member of the North Lebanon Lions Club and the former Keystone Traveler's Camping Club, where he also served as treasurer for both organizations. Morris loved to go camping whenever he could. He is survived by an "adopted" daughter, Jennifer wife of Kevin Frantz, Oley; sister, Mary Smith; nephew, Paul Kreiser; godchildren, Stefanie, Abby, Brittany and Billy; also several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sisters, Katherine Knapp, Dorothy Kreiser, Beulah Messner, and Helen Fryberger; and brothers, Raymond, Alfred and Clarence Fryberger. Funeral services will be Monday, February 11th at 2 p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon 17042, where a viewing will begin at 1 p.m. Interment will be made in Grand View Memorial Park with full military honors.
