Terry L. Fake N. ANNVILLE TWP. Terry L. Fake, 67, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2012, in the M. S. Hershey Medical Center. Born November 3, 1945, in Lebanon, he was a son of the late Leroy E. and Alice R. (Gettle) Fake and was also preceded in death by brothers, Elton, Clyde Fake and wife, Betty (Sebastian), and mother-in-law, Anna Banko. An industrial engineer, fabrication manager, and payroll manager, he retired from Lear Corporation, Carlisle. He received his master's degree from Penn State University, was in the U.S. Army Reserves, and a member of Palmyra Sportsmen's Association, National Rifle Association, and the Indiantown Gap Fish and Game Conservation Club. Surviving are his wife, Caroline A. (Banko) Fake; children, Tammy L. Carullo of Michigan and Tevin L. Fake of Alaska; son-in-law, John N. Carullo and daughters, Nicole A. and Anna M. of South Annville Township; siblings, Lena, wife of Jerry Worcester of Annville, Myrtle, wife of George Rodkey of Jonestown, and Russell Fake of Jonestown; father-in-law, Ernest Banko, husband of Shirley (Brandt) of Palmyra; sisters-in-law, Tina (Banko), wife of Reginald Henderson, and Grace Fake; and brothers-in-law, Mike Banko, husband of Yoko (Ueno), and Ed Banko, husband of Sue (Kuehn). A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Monday, November 12, 2012, at Buse Funeral Home, 145 N. Grant St., Palmyra, preceded by a viewing from 2 p.m. Interment will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
