Aage Carlson Jensen Williamston Aage Carlson Jensen was born on May 16, 1932 in Ludington, Michigan and passed November 7, 2012, at the age of 80. Aage was the son of Aage P and Thelma (Carslon) Jensen. Aage loved nothing more than spending his time with his precious family. He proudly served his county in the US Navy on the USS Nautilus, and retired as the building inspector in Meridian Township. Aage enjoyed gardening, hunting and easily collecting many friends on their RV trips. He was known as a hard worker, a master builder that constructed their own home from the ground up. Aage was preceded in death by his parents; Aage and Thelma, four siblings, and granddaughter Sara Lamb. Aage is survived by his wife of 57 years; Joyce, two daughters; Julie Jensen, Lisa Taillon, two sons; Brian Jensen, David Jensen, six grand children; Brandon Lamb, Amanda Lamb, Julienne Parks, Joseph Parks, Lucas Jensen, Lillian Jensen, five great grandchildren, and sister; Joanne (Ted) Bowman. The family will receive friends Monday November 12, from 11am-1pm at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, East Chapel, 1730 E. Grand River, East Lansing, MI. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place Tuesday November 13, at South Victory Cemetery, Ludington, MI.
