Carlene Gail (Hamblin) Ghannam Delta Twp. Our loving mother, wife, sister, aunt, and friend was called home to her Lord on October 30, 2013 at age 52. Born April 16, 1961 in Jackson, MI to Carl Jr. & Geraldine Hamblin. Carlene fought an unbelievable fight against breast cancer. She was a devoted wife of David Ghannam, and the doting mother of Marissa, and Angela. Carlene's life revolved around caring for everyone else, herself last. She was very giving and generous of her time and love. She will be missed by everyone she touched. Everyone who came to know her will never forget her passion to make others happy; or her very fun, wild, spunky, and vibrant personality. Surviving are her husband, David, daughters, Marissa, and Angela; and constant sidekick, her lab, Buster. Sisters, Pam (Mike) Baginski, and around the clock caregiver, Patty (David) Bell. Also, many very, very loved nephews and nieces. Don't worry everyone, she told us she will always be looking over us. Family will receive friends from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday only with services at 7:00 p.m. Monday, November 4, in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing, with Fr. Paul Erickson officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Carlene's daughters education fund, in c/o David Ghannam. Friends may visit the guest book at www.tiffanyfuneralhome.com.
