Penny Sue Stoudt Perrinton Penny Sue Stoudt, age 55, of Perrinton, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing with her family by her side. Penny was born on September 1, 1958 in Alma the daughter of Lynn and Myra (Scott) Stoudt. She graduated from Carson City High School in 1976, where she excelled in basketball, volleyball and softball. She had an amazing mechanical talent and spent the last 22 years working as a Planner Inspector Analyst, preforming preventative maintenance on all the equipment at Michigan State University. Penny enjoyed reading, scratch off lottery tickets, her beloved canine companions and was an avid sports fan. She especially loved time spent with her family. Penny is survived by her mother, Myra Stoudt of Perrinton, her siblings, Ronda (Jim) Allen of Sidney, Roger (Glenda) Stoudt of Vestaburg, Corvin (Trina) Stoudt of Crystal and Kelly (Pete) Trefil of Perrinton, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Lynn Stoudt. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 11 am at the New Haven Church of the Brethren in Middleton with Pastor Brian Ruth officiating. Interment will follow in Payne Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4-8pm at Lux and Schnepp Funeral Home in Carson City. Memorial contributions may be made to the Vasculitis Foundation.
