Richards father Bill and mother Evelyn were like my grandparents. Bill presented my father Lee Hills with his Eagle in Montana, than many years later presented it to me. Apparently Bill passed his Eagle to Richard as well. I know Richard was proud of that and had the Eagles framed on his wall. I am sad to learn of his passing, and wished I had gone to see him. I know Bill and Evelyn were quite proud of Richard. I only met him once many years ago, and corresponded a few times over the years.
