SARGEANT, Nicole Dawn
It is with great sadness that the family of Nicole Dawn Sargeant (Robstad) announce her passing as she was surrounded by her family and dearest friend, after a courageous six year battle with breast cancer. Nikki was born in Regina on October 13, 1970. She was predeceased by her mother Darlene Robstad; grandparents Frank and Kay Young; grandmother Pearl Robstad; nephew Brandon and niece Cambria. Nikki leaves to cherish her memory, her father Les (Sharon); siblings Leigh (Daren), Tera (Kevin), Shaun (Denise) and Rae (Perry); stepdaughter Laken Kunz; dearest friend Ginger Dick and her daughter Nyla; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Nikki fought her six year battle with breast cancer with strength, determination and an amazing will to beat it right till the end. She was part of an amazing group called the Pink Earth Angels that they formed to help each other and others face the battle. The family would like to thank first and foremost the most amazing friend one could ever have, Ginger Dick, who demonstrated the true meaning of a friend. The staff and doctors of the Pasqua Hospital, especially the nurses of 4D; What an amazing group. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Nikki can be made to the Pink Earth Angels from the Allan Blair Cancer Centre, 4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK S4T 7T1.
