With heavy hearts we announce that Scott Lamberton from Cobourg, Ontario passed away peacefully of natural causes on October 31st. He spent his high school years, 1976-1979, at Riverview Collegiate and will be remembered for his work on the Blue Onion newspaper. He also worked weekends and holidays at the Moose Jaw Times Herald as a reporter. Scott is survived by his wife Ilona, daughter Alexandria, parents Dorothy and Neill, and brother Neill, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins from across Canada. He was Director of Communications for the Linux Professional Institute and also did work for non- profit organizations in Cobourg. Previously Scott worked six years for the federal and Ontario provincial government as a writer. Scott turned 51 years of age on October 12th. He will be missed by all who knew him. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 11th in Cobourg. Condolences can be received at
