Columbus, GA- Mr. Roosevelt "Roe" Anglin, Jr., 61, of 2705 Skylake Drive, Columbus, GA passed Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital, Columbus, GA.
Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. EST, Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with Dr. Patrick T. Brown, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. Visitation is today from 1 - 8 p.m. EST according to Taylor Funeral Home, Inc.
Mr. Anglin was born November 14, 1951 in Phenix City, AL to the late Roosevelt Anglin, Sr. and the late Hattie S. Anglin. He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, retired from the Columbus Postal Service with over 30 years of service and had served in the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Anglin of Columbus, GA; two sons, Eon (Jessalyn) Anglin of Kennesaw, GA and Travis Anglin of Durham, NC; two sisters, Lillian Johnson of Miami, FL and Shannon Carson of Miami Gardens, FL; three grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
