MURRAY, JAMES RONALD, 58, passed away Monday, March 11, 2013.
He was a former Correction Officer at JCC and a former Police Officer with Metro Louisville Police Dept., and a member of First Congregational Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Verda Moore Murray; children, Glorione, Anangell, Jeanae and James Murray and Tiara Deramus; siblings, Mary S. Lyles, Fontane Jeffries, Portia Elliott, Larry E. Sr. and Phillip Murray; five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturday with funeral services to follow at 1 p.m. at Greater Friendship Baptist Church, 2325 Osage Ave. Burial: Green Meadows Cemetery.
