DURBIN, JOSEPH W., 88, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2014.

Joe was born in Sunfish, KY to the late Gus and Myrtle Durbin. He was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church and served our country in both World War II and the Korean War.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Judy Durbin; son, Douglas (Stormy) Durbin; daughters, Terry (Jim) Hardacre and Dee (Mark) Snyder; his six grandchildren, Glenna and Sergei Durbin, Riley and Jade Hardacre, and Harrison and Hadley Snyder; one brother; and three sisters.

Visitation will be held 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Ratterman and Sons, 3800 Bardstown Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Bernard Catholic Church.
