WOODY, KENNETH M., 90, passed away Saturday August 24, 2013 at his home.

He was a US Army veteran, serving in World War II and The Korean War. He retired from the Jefferson County Sheriff's office with 20 years of dedicated service.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Hanora Josephine (Noreen); sons, Seamus (Jean), Michael (Joanne) and Sean (Sandy); daughters, Mary Roth, Carol Ann and Colleen Cox (Skip); 11 grandchildren; one great-grand daughter and a sister, Nell Barger of Chattanooga, TN.
