Hogan, Ronald K. "Pop",

74, passed away August 15, 2014.

He was a retired mechanical engineer for Rexnord and Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

He was a life time member of Mill Creek VFW Post # 5421,and the Am Vets, life time member of the Cooties , retired Volunteer Firefighter with PRP # 1 Station for 17 years, a Kentucky Colonel, a volunteer for ,

Crusade for Children and the Jerry Lewis Telethon.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Anna K. Hogan and step-son Billy Joe Jackson, Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years Reba L. Hogan, daughter Ronna Kelly Hogan; son Daniel K. Hogan, step- children Martin B. Jackson, LaDonna J. Young and Susan L. Bishop; brother Donald Hogan; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Kentucky Veteran Cemetery Central. Visitation will be Monday at 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Donations may be made to any of the groups for which he volunteered.
