LOGAN, THEODORE E. SR., DMD, 91, passed away on Monday, September 2, 2013.

He was a native of Falmouth, KY and a graduate of the University of Kentucky, the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and the Ohio State University. He was a retired prosthodontist and was Professor of Prosthodontics at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He was named a University of Louisville Distinguished Alumni Fellow. Following his teaching career, Dr. Logan served as the Executive Director of the Kentucky Dental Association for many years. He was a former member of Beargrass Christian Church and an Army veteran of World War II.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian W. Logan.

Survivors include his children, Theodore E. Logan Jr., DMD (Judy), Leslie Logan Hagan and Timothy W. Logan, DMD (Denise); grandchildren, Kimberly Logan, Jennifer Logan Segeleon, MD (Jason), Jessica Graven (Gunnar), Ashley Compise, Annie Howard (Anderson), Elizabeth Hagan, Timothy W. Logan Jr. and Michael C. Logan; and seven great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the doctors, administrators, nurses and staff at the Nazareth Home.

Funeral will be noon Thursday at Pearson's, 149 Breckenridge Lane with burial in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until time of service on Thursday.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may go to the Kentucky Dental Foundation.
