Semones, Theodore Robert, Jr. "Bob",

86, of Louisville, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the Episcopal Church Home.

Born in Louisville, Bob was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII, where he was awarded a Bronze Star and Purple Heart. He was the past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus Assumption Council. He retired from the U.S. Post Office and was a member of Disabled Veterans and St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou Semones; and brothers, Paul and Charles Semones.

Bob is survived by his sons, Gary (Terry) and Theodore Robert Semones III "Ted"; sister, Joan Landrum; and granddaughter, Whitney Rice.

His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, July 28 at St. Louis Bertrand, with burial to follow in KY Veterans Cemetery Central, in Radcliff. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Sunday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
