WEST ROXBURY -- John Ronald Gilroy, 86, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2014, at the West Roxbury V.A. Hospital. He was born on Dec. 14, 1927 in Haverhill, MA, son of the late John Roland Gilroy and Julia Bresnahan.
