NORTH CHELMSFORD, MA -- Ronald W. Grigsby, 70, of North Chelmsford, MA went to Heaven Sunday night, August 25, 2013.

Ronald was formerly married to Barbara M. (Winiemko) Grigsby of Detroit, MI and prior to that, to Terry J. (Russ) (Grigsby) Smith of Boca Raton, FL.

He was born in Saginaw, MI, June 10, 1943 the son of the late Allan C. Grigsby and Jeanne M. Clark of Michigan. Ronald was a graduate of Arthur Hill High School, Saginaw, MI with the class of 1961. He received his B.A. in Advertising and Journalism and a Masters Degree in Human Resources Training and Development from Michigan State University.

He served two tours with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict from August of 1961 to August of 1965.

Ronald was employed as a senior Vice President of operations in Gamma Vision consulting firm. Previously, Ronald worked for General Motors in Saginaw, MI, the Chrysler Institute in Detroit, MI, Rockwell International in Detroit, MI and Ex-Cell-O Corporation of Troy, MI.

Ronald was known to his family and friends as a humble, sincere, generous and compassionate man with a wonderful personality and great sense of humor. Ron has touched the lives of many. He will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.

He is survived by a daughter, Kami L. Murphy of Dracut, MA; two sons, Mark A. Grigsby of Belmont, MA and Michael C. Grigsby of Commerce Township, MI; two sisters, Connie Donnelly of Fort Meyers, FL and Carol and her husband Richard Perry of Penfield, NY; a brother Allan W. Grigsby of Webster, NY, and Ron was a friend of Bill W.

GRIGSBY -- Ronald W. Grigsby of N. Chelmsford, MA went to Heaven Aug. 25, 2013. Visiting hours Thurs. from 4 to 7 p.m. at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 MIDDLESEX ST., N. CHELMSFORD. A graveside service will be Fri. at 9AM at Fairview Cemetery, Main St., N. Chelmsford, MA. Cremation at Merrimack Crematory.
