Warner was born in Waltham on February 19 1933, son of the late Forest and Helen (Whitney) Zoller, grew up in Sudbury and Watertown graduating from Watertown High School in 1952 and played drums in the marching band.

He joined the US Navy and proudly served from 1952 to 1956. He earned the rank of Seaman and served on the Heavy Cruiser USS Pittsburg in the Atlantic Fleet and honorably discharged in 1960.

He then drove a delivery truck for Norfolk Electric and Waters Manufacturing before joining Western Electric, which became AT&T and then Lucent where he repaired home phones, switchboards and pay phones until his retirement in l989. He was a member of Union CWA Local 1395.

After his retirement you could find him puttering around the yard and visiting with neighbors. He enjoyed going to breakfast with family and friends and going to Kimball's. And, most of all he loved spoiling his grandchildren as they grew up.
