Billie Rae Fraser LEWSVILLE-Billie Rae Fraser, 76, of Lewisville passed away Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, in Plano. She was born Jan. 13, 1936, in Dublin, Texas, to Raymond Rogers and Thelma Stewart Rogers. Billie Rae married Ray Fraser on Aug. 24, 1957, in Abilene. He preceded her in death on Sept. 21, 2011. For 15 years, she volunteered with the Sick Children's Clinic in Lubbock, Texas. Full of life, she will always be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, friend, and grandmother. Billie Rae was a true example of kindness and grace. Billie Rae is survived by her daughters, Cathy Fraser Chong and husband Julian Maki Chong, and Kimberly Lee Thurstin and husband Mark Gregory Thurstin, and two grandchildren, Lucy Rae Chong and Race Fraser Chong. A memorial service to celebrate Billie Rae's life will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville.
