Bobby Black MULESHOE- Church service for Bobby Black, 76, of Muleshoe, Texas is schedule for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014 at First Baptist Church with Dr. Stacy Conner of Muleshoe officiating. Burial will be at Muleshoe Memorial park. Bobby died Jan. 16, 2014. He was born on Oct. 15, 1937 in Clovis, N.M. to Pete and Ruth Black. He married Anita Schmitz in Muleshoe, Texas on Dec. 28, 2002. Bobby served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He participated in rodeos for many years as a bulldogger. He drove a truck for Wal-Mart for 22 years. Bobby had driven over 2 million miles without an accident. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Muleshoe. He was preceded in death by a son, Brian Black, in 1997, his parents and a brother, Buddy Black. Survivors include his wife, Anita; sons, Wade Black of Canyon, Texas, and Kevin Black and his wife Jessica of Amarillo, Texas; one grandchild, Colt Black; stepson, Wade Wilson of Clovis, N.M.; stepdaughter, Denise Wilson of Houston, Texas; step-grandchildren, Kraig Wilson and Jennifer Stanley; and step-great-grandchildren, Kamron Wilson and Jasmine Wilson.
