Lea Roy Hill HAWLEY- Lea Roy Hill, 82, died Friday, October 26, 2012 in Lubbock. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the Clearfork Baptist Church in Hawley. Burial will be in Hawley Cemetery, directed by Adams-Graham Funeral Home. Born December 12, 1929, in Cone, Lea Roy was a son of the late Barny and Mary Sue (Tidmore) Hill. He graduated from Ralls High School in 1947 and married Iva Joyce Worthan on August 15, 1953. She preceded him in death in 2005. Lea Roy was a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He retired from Southwestern Bell in 1986 and moved to Hawley from Abilene in 1995. Lea Roy was a member of Clearfork Baptist Church in Hawley. He moved to Lubbock in 2007 and later married Donna Casey. Lea Roy was preceded in death by one son, Kenny Roy Hill. Survivors include his wife, Donna Hill of Lubbock; three sons, Dan Hill of Austin, Randy Hill of Cotton Center and Tim Hill of Abilene; one sister, Glenda Dobbs of Lubbock; twelve grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Family visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, October 29, 2012 at Adams-Graham Funeral Home, 732 Ave. I, in Anson. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to Clearfork Baptist Church, 14116 US Hwy 277 S, Hawley, TX 79525.
