Anthony H. Fabozzi Obituary
Fabozzi, Anthony H.Anthony H. "Andy" Fabozzi, 91, of Bethlehem, died on Saturday, April 19, 2014. He was born July 7, 1922 in Bethlehem; son of the late Peter and Julia (Limons) Fabozzi. Andy was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Enza M. (Ciaffardini) Fabozzi. Andy was serving an apprenticeship as a machinist at the Bethlehem Steel when he was called to proudly serve in the US Navy during WWII. Upon his return from war, he attended Rider College and graduated in the class of 1950. Andy was a former parishioner of Our Lady of Pompeii of the Most Holy Rosary where he was a member of the Holy Name Society and more recently he attended Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church. He was a member of the North End Wanderers Athletic Association and the Bethlehem MORA Club and was a volunteer for the Bethlehem Boys and Girls Club. Survivors: Andy will be dearly missed by his daughter, Elizabeth M. and son, Anthony P. both of Bethlehem and his brother, Peter A. Fabozzi of Sun City, CA. He was predeceased by his sisters, Irene Mathers and Anna Marie Fabozzi. Services: A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at The Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 7:00-8:30 PM and again on Thursday from 9:00-10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Thursday at Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church, 1861 Catasauqua Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18018.
