Morgan, Cynthia R.Cynthia R. Morgan, 61, of Lehighton passed away Saturday June 7, 2014 in her home. She was the wife of David H. Morgan for 16 years.Born in Coaldale she was the daughter of William Zimmerman of Lehighton and the late Roseline (Yantosik) Zimmerman. She was a graduate of Lehighton Area High School and was a 1972 graduate of the Easton Hospital School of nursing at a Registered Nurse. Cynthia worked as a Registered Nurse at Mahoning Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lehighton. Previously, she worked at Hershey Medical Center and Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital in Lehighton, working in the Home Health Care Department for 20 years.She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church in Lehighton and was a member of the former Mahoning Valley Country Club. Cynthia loved gardening, reading and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Survivors: She is survived by her Father, Husband, Sons; Jason Ulshafer husband of Melanie of Chester Springs and Brian Ulshafer husband of Tiffani of Hershey, Daughters; Kandace wife of David Schultz of Valencia and Heather wife of Ron Stelly of Houston, TX and 6 grandchildren. She was predeceased by a Brother; William Zimmerman. Services: Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 12th at 11AM at Schaeffer Funeral Home 3rd & Alum Streets Lehighton with Father James Bechtel officiating, Committal service to follow at Sky-View Memorial Park in Hometown.
