Vincent J. Kacsur Obituary
Kacsur, Vincent J.Vincent J. Kacsur, 85, of Allentown, passed away Tuesday July 29, 2014 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth D. "Betty" (Hersh) Kacsur and the companion of Marilyn Gross. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late George and Catherine (Krafty) Kacsur. Vincent was a mechanic for Knopf Automotive and the former Ruhe Motors before retiring. He was a member of the Macungie VFW Post 9264 and American Legion Post 576, Allentown. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Survivors: Survivors; daughter, Sandra A. wife of Frank Hoffner; brother, James; sisters, Veronica Gunkel, Margaret Bittner, Joan Wagner, and Doris Bobenich; granddaughter, Nichole Kacsur; great grandchildren Justin, Lyasia and Kahlif; sister-in-law, Hazel Kacsur. He was predeceased by brothers, Michael, George and Donald and sisters, Catherine Fasching, Susanna Leake and Anna Hart. Services: A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at TREXLER FUNERAL HOME 1625 Highland St., Allentown.
