Macon, GA- Cleveland Reese "Land" Bonner, III, 29, of Overlook Avenue, passed away Friday, December 28, 2012. Funeral services will be private. Visitation will be at the home of Hoyt and Marie Bailey, 275 Riverdale Drive in Macon from 2:00 - 4:00 pm, Sunday, December 30, 2012.
Land was born on January 22, 1983, and raised in Macon, graduating in 2001 from Mt. de Sales Academy and attended the University of Georgia. He was the son of Cleveland Reese Bonner, Jr. and the late Barbara Best Bonner. Land earned his Eagle Scout badge with Troop 19.
Survivors include his father: Cleveland Reese Bonner, Jr.; his brother: Robert Andrew Bonner; stepmother: Rebecca Rosson; and by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Troop 19 of the Boy Scouts of America in care of Vineville United Methodist Church, 2045 Vineville Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31204.
