Dallas R. Fowler

Macon, GA- Dallas R. Fowler, age 73, passed away Monday, September 24, 2012.
Dallas was born in McRae to the late Otis and Lucille Yeomans Fowler. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and was a truck driver. Dallas loved the Lord and was a member of Macon Gospel Tabernacle for nearly 32 years where he served as Trustee.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Clifton Fowler and Dealous Fowler.
Dallas is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sandra Fowler; sons, Tommy Woods (Tangela) of Byron, and Dallas Fowler, Jr. (Diane) of Oregon; daughters, Jeanne Loftstrom and Kathy Wynn, both of Washington; brother, Dean Fowler (Cindy) of Macon; sister, Myrtis Fowler(Harvey) of Tennessee; sisters in law, Doris Fowler of Gray, Dianne Fowler of Florida, and Marie Tyler of Dublin; and grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 P.M. Wednesday at Crest Lawn.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, September 27, 2012 in the Chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home. Brother Gary Veile will officiate. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with Military Honors.
