MANSFIELD: Harold "Butch" W. Clinage, 63, of Mansfield, went to be with the Lord in the loving arms of his wife and soul mate on Saturday, April 19, 2014.
Butch was born March 9, 1951 in Mansfield to Harold E. and Betty J. (Shafer) Clinage. He was an avid Cleveland Indians fan and enjoyed Lake Erie, Putt-in-Bay, and Port Clinton. He was a member of Order of Owls Nest #152, VFW Post #9943, Sons of Herman Lodge #14, Fraternal Order of Eagles #336, and Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1383.
Along with his mother, Betty J. Clinage Noblet, he is survived by his wife of 38 years, Robyn Clinage; son, Jason (Chevele) Clinage; daughter, Michelle Clinage and friend, Gordy; grandchildren, Makenna, Marissa, Cameron, Brooke, Hannah, and Hunter; brother, Robert A. Clinage; sister, Debra Clinage, sister-in-law, Sheila (Michael) Caruthers; and nieces, Courtney (Joe) Berry and Angie Clinage.
Butch was preceded in death by his father, Harold E. Clinage; nephew, Barry A. Clinage; and grandparents, Raymond and Helen Clinage and George and Katherine Schafer.
Graveside services were held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Mansfield Memorial Park.
