Mickey was a consummate nurse, having spent nearly 30 years serving patients and their families at University of Chicago Hospital, Mercy Medical Center, Garnett Place, Senior Housing Management, Linn County Jail, and Solon Nursing Care Center. The family thanks Dr. Ghosh and the entire staff at the Ghosh Clinic for the extraordinary quality of care they provided Mickey throughout his illness. They also wish to thank Dr. William Silverman, University of Iowa Hospital, for his generosity of time and skill early in Mickey's illness. Finally, gratitude to Unity Point Hospice of Cedar Rapids.
