Ronald E. "Chip" Milligan, II

ASHLEY: Ronald E. "Chip" Milligan, II, 48, of Ashley, Ohio, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2013 while in the care of Heartland Manor of Marion.

Chip was born July 11, 1964 in Marion, Ohio and was the son of Ronald E. (Connie) Milligan, I of Upper Sandusky and Roberta Young Fox of Mansfield. On August 16, 2008, he married the love of his life, Marie K. Barry. Chip worked as a forklift operator at Marion Industrial; and enjoyed landscaping, working jigsaw puzzles, shooting guns, and spending time with his dogs, Poe and Ms. Molly. He liked Harley Davidson Motorcycles, was a handyman's handyman, and went out of his way to help anybody.

Along with his wife and parents, Chip is survived by three children, Brandon Milligan of Shelby, Dana Kerr of North Carolina and serving in the Army, and Brandy Milligan of Shelby; thirteen grandchildren; three siblings, John (Melanie) Milligan of Bowling Green, Ohio, David (Angel) Milligan of Shleby, and Sherri (Joe) Janeczek of Lucas; two step-children, Keith Duniver (Elizabeth Wood) of Shelby and Danielle Pennington of Mansfield; special step-grandson, Aiden Duniver; mother-in-law, Martha Steagall of Shelby; father-in-law, Charles Barry of Mansfield; two sisters-in-law, Margie (Jack) Hamm and their son, Jacob Hamm of Mansfield and Ann (Mickey) Mauk and her son, Juston Mauk of Mansfield; two brothers-in-law, Mike Steagall of Texas and Mitch (Judy) Steagall of Texas; a special uncle, Jim Poole of Ashley; a special aunt, Vicki Bollinger of Mansfield; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Chip was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Helen Young and Gerald and Pearl Milligan.

Family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
