Patrick J. Pupp 48 of Arpin died unexpectedly in the emergency room at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.
Funeral services will be 11am Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at the Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield with Fr. Jim Logan officiating.
Visitations will be from 4-7pm Tuesday at Rembs Funeral Home and again on Wednesday from 10am until service time.
Military rites will be conducted at the funeral home following the services by the VFW Post # 1866 of Marshfield.
Patrick was born on January 30, 1965 in Marshfield to Gary and Linda (Weiss) Pupp. After he graduated from Neenah High School, he joined the United States Marine Corp, serving two years active duty followed by six years in the Reserves.
He attended University of Wisconsin Stout and obtained a Bachelors Degree of Applied Science in Mathematics. While attending school, he worked at Badger Ironworks in Menomonie until 2005. He also attended the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Information Technology Degree.
He moved to Marshfield in 2005 and was presently employed at Roehl Transport as a computer programmer.
Pat enjoyed motorcycling, which he was a collector of Harley's. He and Sue along with friends and family enjoyed trips to Sturgis, Utah, among other places, gardening, camping, hunting and musical festivals. Wine and beer making and canning were some of his hobbies. He loved spending time with Sue, Zoe his dog along with family and friends.
Patrick is survived by his dearest friend and partner Sue E. Writz of Arpin, parents, Gary and Linda Pupp of Larsen, his siblings, Craig (Carrie) Pupp of Fremont, Douglas (Deana) Pupp of Neenah, Anthony Pupp of Brillion and Angela (Richard Schanilec) Pupp of Oshkosh. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and an uncle David Pupp.
