After eighteen successful years as founder and CEO of HRG, Colleen was most recently the Co-founder and CEO of Turning Point Revenue Cycle Solutions, based in Northern California. Her passion to help facilitate jobs for the unemployed, and her work with hospitals, brought her the utmost joy and satisfaction.

As a devoted advocate for children's charities, breast cancer research and simply doing her part to make the world a better place, Colleen created the Hays Family Foundation as a vehicle to give to multiple organizations.
