Resident of Morgan Hill
Daniel Arthur Hunsaker passed away peacefully at home after a courageous 2-year battle with cancer. Born in St. Louis to Arthur and Sue Hunsaker, he was the oldest of four children. Dan attended Leland High School and then graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Architecture. He was a partner with AEDIS Architecture in San Jose for most of his career.
Dan had a zest for life, family, and the great outdoors. His fondest moments were those spent at Lake Tahoe with his family and friends. Dan had a deep passion for skiing, hiking, camping, fishing and gardening. He was also an active member of the Morgan Hill
Dan was preceded in death by his father Arthur Hunsaker and is survived by his wife Alene, daughter Lauren, son Ryan, mother Sue Hunsaker, siblings Terri, Jim and Laura, and 7 nieces and nephews.
Dan will be deeply missed by his family and friends but his caring devotion to us all will be remembered forever.
