Resident of Flagstaff, AZ
Flagstaff native and true good guy, Ed passed after a bout with cancer. Born in Winslow he spent his final hours surrounded by family and numerous friends. Ed was one of the most affable and considerate people that most of us have ever known. He was an ASU EE graduate and spent 35+ yrs in the semiconductor industry. Ed had a heart for those in need and was always looking for ways to bless friends and family. The list of those he touched is long and spans the globe. He was always surprising someone with a perfectly-timed phone call, sacks of groceries, or even a donated car. He is survived by his loving parents Earl and Gloria Slipher of Flagstaff, brother Les and sister-in-law Terri of Cottonwood, daughter Jessica Wilson and husband Kiel of Prarieville, LA and nephews, Christopher, Mark, and Stephen. as well as loyal mutt, Mo. Join his Life Celebration at 1:30 Nov 25, Elk's Lodge , 2110 N. San Francisco, Flagstaff. Memorials may be sent to all-volunteer free Poore Medical Clinic, 120 W. Fine. Flagstaff. A Life Celebration is planned for friends in Northern California in Jan/Feb, if interested contact traceylconklin@gmail.com
